Jessica's real estate career started from her love of San Diego county, its charming neighborhoods and homes, and believing that home ownership is a great financial investment for building personal wealth and having better communities.

As a REALTOR® Jessica has represented both buyers and sellers, and has managed and closed conventional, probate, trust, short sale, and bank owned transactions.

She has helped buyers purchase properties using different financing such as cash, conventional loans, FHA and VA financing.

Jessica has also worked as a real estate transaction coordinator, a closing coordinator for an asset management company, and a real estate assistant to a top selling La Jolla team and for a broker that specialized in probate sales. 

She is a member of the San Diego MLS board, the San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

She is associated with one of the fastest growing brokers in the nation and has the backing of a large network of agents and broker staff.

HomeSmart Realty West has office locations throughout the county in Carlsbad Village, Rancho Bernardo, Mission Valley and out of county in Temecula. 

Jessica mainly works in the City of Escondido and surrounding neighborhoods in North County San Diego and is based out of HomeSmart Realty West Rancho Bernardo Office.
